He is a "R" licensed Hunter, Hunter Breeding, and Hunt Seat Equitation Judge. Scott has trained top horses
to many championships including, St. Nick & Pave with rider Caroline Moran who were inducted in the Amateur Hall of Fame.

Louise Serio
Louise Serio, a lifelong horsewoman, operates Derbydown in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. She consistently
trains and rides champions in every division at the most prestigious shows on the East Coast as well as traveling the country
to judge at those top shows in which she is not competing. Some champions include Gray Slipper, Dream Date, Red Panda, LaFayette
and Hat Trick. Louise is a “R” licensed Hunter and Hunter Seat Equitation judge. She was instrumental in founding the American Hunter-Jumper Foundation,
and serves on several USHJA committees including the Riders and Trainers Committee, the High Performance Hunter Committee
and the Board of Directors.
